Office Hours after Adverse Weather Conditions

Our office hours are unaffected by both the amber or red rainstorm warning signals. We will remain open when tropical cyclone warning signal number 1 or 3 is hoisted.

When the black rainstorm warning signal or tropical cyclone warning signal number 8 or above is hoisted on a working day before 09:00, our office will be closed. If the signal is subsequently lowered on or before 2:00 p.m on a working day other than a Saturday, our office will resume operation within 2 hours after the lowering of the signal.

When the black rainstorm warning signal or tropical cyclone warning signal number 8 or above is hoisted on a working day between 9:00 a.m and 6:00 p.m, operation is subject to the actual weather conditions.
